- You know what I would love to see? Just once, I would love to see a candidate who would only tell us the things he is going to accomplish. Don't tell me what the other guy has done, or said, or thinks, or feels, just tell me what you are going to do. I don't care if you can catch someone slipping up.

- My grandfather (step) was a man of the world and had tattoos from every place he had been. When I was about 9 I saw that he had a tattoo underneath his other tattoos. It was a Star of David and some numbers. I asked what it was and everyone else in the room fell dead silent.

- I sure do get tired of this rhetorical name calling. Why is it even necessary? "Can't we all just get along?" Honestly, is it really necessary to call each other names in order to make our own case seem stronger than it might otherwise be? Let's try something else.
